This notice explains how iparlı processes personal data when you visit iparli.com or contact us, in line with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we process

• Email contact: when you email us, your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Technical logs: the site is hosted on Cloudflare. For security and service operation, Cloudflare may briefly process technical data such as IP address, browser details and access time.

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Your browser stores one small local-storage entry to remember the last animation theme shown; it contains no personal data and you can clear it at any time.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to answer your requests, establish business relationships and keep the site secure, based on contract formation, legitimate interest and legal obligations under Article 5/2 of the KVKK.

Transfers

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Servers of our hosting and email providers may be located outside Türkiye; such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for the periods required by applicable law after your request is resolved, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to info@iparli.com.
